We offer our customers a fast and reliable service. All our shipments depart directly from our primary logistics network, ensuring that delivery times are kept as short and consistent as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times:
European Union: 1 to 5 business days (depending on the destination).
International (Outside the EU): 5 to 12 business days.
Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Insured shipping: All packages are shipped with insurance and tracking included.
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. For certain remote areas, delivery may not be possible; if your address is affected, we will contact you immediately.
LOST OR MISADDRESSED PACKAGES
Please carefully verify your billing and shipping addresses before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for address errors provided by the customer.
If a package is lost or misdirected due to an error on our part, we take full responsibility and will promptly implement a suitable solution.

SHIPPING OF MULTIPLE ITEMS
